Fellowship Financial Donations and Community Support

Military Family Resource Centre
Donations allocated over several years to children’s programming and for purchase of a passenger van to transport families for various community trips.

Support our Troops
Donations made to Hospital Comforts Fund and Natasha’s Wood Foundation through the Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services. Funds will provide scholarships to youths of military families and offer care and comfort to Canadian Forces members who are confined to hospital because of injury, illness, accident, or surgery.

Quilts of Valour
Donation in support of the quilting groups that sew quilts to be given to military members and retired members in need of support and comfort.

STARS Ambulance
A donation to cover the cost of one trip of the air ambulance in Saskatchewan.

Cadet Organizations
Donations made to the Air Cadets and Navy/Sea Cadets in recognition of their support and assistance.

Parkinson’s Support Marathon
A donation was made to this marathon in memory of Perry Luchia, a former Snowbird technician.

Suicide Awareness Dinner
Donation made to a fundraising project in Assiniboia in memory of an Air Cadet in that community.

Santa Claus Parade
Fellowship members participate annually in the parade as part of the 15 Wing/Snowbirds entry.

Hometown Fair Parade
Speciality vehicles entered to promote the car show and other Fellowship events.

Sidewalk Days
The Fellowship shared space with other military-related organizations to provide information about the organization.

Salvation Army
Fellowship assisted in delivery of gifts and a hamper to a local family and donated toys and games.

15 Wing Family Day
Fellowship members were on hand to provide information to military families regarding the work of the Fellowship.

Supper with the Snowbirds
Two Regina Air cadets are sponsored by the Fellowship to attend this annual fundraising dinner that is co-sponsored by the Regina chapter of the Canadian Aviation Historical Society and the 600 Wing RCAF Association.
